I know how challenging it can be to prioritize self-care and healthy habits amidst the demands of everyday life. But I also know how essential it is to take care of ourselves in order to show up as our best selves for our families.

I believe that self-care and healthy habits don’t have to be time consuming or complicated and that small changes can make a big difference in overall health and well-being. As soon as we think life will slow down, it proves to just get busier, and it ends up being never the right time to work on you. You have to create it.

Creating a personalized approach to nutrition, centered around nourishing your body and mind with wholesome foods and seamless self-care practices, you can break free from exhaustion and the constant swing of the "diet" pendulum.

Raising my 4 children and watching them grow has been the most rewarding experience. However, I do remember those very early days that sometimes seemed endless and exhausting. I would push myself to constantly be present but in the interim I wasn’t taking the time to fuel my self adequately.

I felt accomplished when I managed to make it to the gym in the mornings, sometimes on very little to no sleep. And when there wasn’t enough time to prepare a nutritious meal (what was that?!) I would rely heavily on caffeine and energy bars to get me through the day. The fatigue was real!

This relentless cycle only exacerbated my fatigue, stress, and constant cravings leaving me feeling far from my best.

Those bad habits eventually caught up with me and through my own experience and health journey I had to learn how to slow down and use whole foods to nourish my body to heal. No quick fixes!

It requires a daily effort to juggle a hectic schedule while trying to maintain optimal heath. That’s why I’m on a mission to help other moms feel more energized, manage stress, find balance with food, and hit their happy weight without deprivation and in a sustainable way.

    Digestion is an important pillar for busy moms who have multiple responsibilities and a hectic lifestyle. Optimizing our digestion lays the foundation for overall gut health. Topics we will cover include nutrient absorption, mindful mealtime practices, energy levels and vitality, and its role in regulating your metabolism and weight.

  • Balancing Blood Sugar

    Busy moms need consistent energy throughout the day to meet the demands of their responsibilities. When blood sugar levels are imbalanced, experiencing frequent spikes and crashes, energy levels can be erratic. This can result in fatigue, mood swings, and difficulty managing daily tasks. Here we will identify signs of imbalances and how to build meals and snacks to keep you full, so you have consistent energy all day long.

  • Managing Stress

    Managing stress in our everyday life is often overlooked. Here we explore the significant ways stress impacts our body, mind, and food choices. The goal is not to eliminate stress but to identify YOUR stressors and implement practical tools to manage and reduce it. We will explore how stress can be regulated through nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation.

    Exploring how sleep and sleep quality (or lack thereof) can keep you from reaching your goals and connecting the dots as it relates to mood, energy, food choices, and cravings. Here you’ll learn how to develop and create healthy habits and sleep routines to increase your energy and support and enhance your natural circadian rhythm.

    Hit your happy weight, finally! Merging together the pillars of digestion, blood sugar, stress, and sleep, we often find weight loss happens as a result. By focusing on each of these pillars, we experience a profound interconnectedness of our body, where each element influences the others in a holistic, root cause approach.

  • 1 x 60 minute intake session with in-depth review of intake forms, goal setting, and blueprint for next steps tailored to you (with a focus on a root cause approach)

  • 1 x 45 minute delivery of health plan including nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

  • 6 x 45 minute (bi-weekly) follow up sessions comprised of program pillars, education, handouts, track progress, provide support, accountability, and motivation for continued success

  • 5 x bi-weekly check ins providing extra support, answering any questions

  • 5 x meal plan/recipes delivered straight to your inbox for inspiration and guidance

  • Access to me between sessions via private messaging platform for extra support
